Terms and Conditions – Hallo Trekker
Welcome to Hallo Trekker. By booking any trekking package, transportation service, or other service with Hallo Trekker, you’re letting us know that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.
1. General Conditions
Hallo Trekker provides trekking services on Mount Rinjani with program options from 2D1N to 4D3N. All packages include hotel accommodation before the trek, guide, porters, meals during the trek, Mount Rinjani National Park entrance ticket, camping equipment, and transportation before and after the trek.
By making a reservation, you confirm that you are in good physical and mental condition and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Booking & Payment
A 35% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins or upon arrival at the Hallo Trekker office.

3. Cancellation Policy
- More than 14 days before the tour: full refund minus processing fees.
- 7–14 days before the tour: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the tour: no refund.
No refunds are issued for late arrival, no-shows, or leaving the trekking program early.
If Hallo Trekker cancels the tour due to weather, safety concerns, or operational issues, guests may choose:
- A full refund, or
- A rescheduled tour.
4. Health & Fitness
Trekking requires good physical condition. You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to participate. Any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations must be disclosed before booking. Hallo Trekker is not responsible for injuries caused by undisclosed conditions.
5. Risks & Liability
Trekking involves natural risks such as landslides, weather changes, altitude sickness, and injury. Participation is at your own risk.
Hallo Trekker is not liable for:
- Loss or damage of personal belongings.
- Delays due to weather or transportation.
- Accidents caused by failure to follow guide instructions.
Travel insurance that covers trekking is strongly recommended.
6. Guest Responsibilities
- Follow all guide instructions.
- Respect local culture, environment, and wildlife.
- Bring personal items as listed.
- Avoid littering and follow eco-friendly trekking standards.
7. Eco-Trekking Commitment
- Reduce single-use plastic.
- Do not damage plants, wildlife, or natural sites.
- Pack out all personal trash.
8. Itinerary Changes
Hallo Trekker may modify the itinerary due to weather, safety, or government regulations. Any changes will be communicated as early as possible.
9. Transportation
Pickup and drop-off times may vary due to traffic or operational factors. Guests must be ready at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time.
